Please note that the results of our supplements may vary from person to person, depending on factors such as body metabolism, response rate, age, and other health parameters. If you feel that the Vedsure supplement is not working well for you or not producing the desired results, there is no need to worry. You can return the remaining supplement to us.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please follow these terms and conditions:

1. Inform our team about the purchase you wish to return because you are not satisfied. Our team executive will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the reason for the return. You can easily connect with us through our website.

2. Simultaneously, address your concern to info@Vedsure.com, providing the Order ID and registered phone number or email ID.

Please note that the company is not responsible for the courier service used to send back the product, nor for any delays in delivery.

We have established standard protocols for processing refunds and returns. Terms:

1. To be eligible for a refund, the returned bottle must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. 2. Packages that have been opened, with broken seals, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Damaged products will not be accepted for return. The item must be in its original state.

4. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete billing address details, including the proper pin code and contact information, on the label when returning the purchased order.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, which must be covered by the buyer. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact our team immediately and provide detailed information via email. Refunds will be credited back to your bank account, even if you selected Cash on Delivery. The refund process typically takes 45 working days once approved.

Customers will be updated on the refund status via email. To request a refund, please email us with the reason for the request.

A 15% fee will be deducted from the total order amount for Prepaid & Cash On Delivery Shipments. Refunds or exchanges may be denied under certain circumstances outlined in our Return Policy, and orders to difficult-to-reach locations may be canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or deny any order for any reason. Proof of identification may be required upon delivery, and failure to provide it may result in order cancellation. Additionally, customers must provide proof of identification for any gift items purchased online.
